How freakin’ gorgeous are these handmade leather peeptoe slingbacks by Brooklyn-based label ABK (designer Alya B. Kazakevich)?! Quite the investment piece at $455, but crafted to last.

I might have just purchased this canary trapeze number to wear to the webutante ball as well as the plethora of weddings I’ve got coming up.

I’ll get at least three solid wears out of it. And the beautiful thing? The three events are mutually exclusive, so no one will see me wearing the same thing twice!

On a more personal note, someone remind me to quit being a crankpot, huh? I had my back cracked by a Tori Amos lookalike chiro. That should at least put a semi-smile on my face, right? I mean, I DO feel a helluvalot better.
